I'm Deise (read "Daisy"), a black Brazilian illustrator currently based in Portugal. I have a BA in Digital Design (FIT, Brazil) and another one in Animation Film (UFMG, Brazil). I love drawing fun characters, exploring different textures and geometrical shapes in my designs. I also love to work on projects with big purposes and causes that I fight for, especially those that involve the idea of female empowerment and diversity. This is one of a series of characters I did for a social media campaign to commemorate the 1984 Wonder Woman movie premiere on Now, Claro's streaming! The aim was to present diversity and plurality through the female characters to reinforce that yes, #weareallwonderful!
